Lindy is a platform for building AI agents that do real work in your inbox and calendar: triaging and drafting email, scheduling meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items. You build agents with natural language prompts rather than code, and connect them to 100+ apps.
The positioning has shifted from a single "AI assistant" toward a broader agent-building tool. Lindy 3.0 added a proper Agent Builder and team accounts, and Lindy Build lets you generate small internal apps and dashboards with an AI that tests and fixes its own output. Founders use it to spin up agents for outreach, support triage, meeting prep, and internal ops without hiring for those tasks.

Who it's for
- ✓ Founders who want one agent to run email, scheduling, and meeting follow-up without switching tools
- ✓ Small teams that want to build custom agents with prompts instead of code
- ✓ Teams already living in Gmail/Outlook and Slack who want an agent layered on top
Who should look elsewhere
- ✗ Teams that need hard, predictable usage caps instead of vague "3x/7x more usage" tiers
- ✗ Teams that want per-seat pricing under $30/month
- ✗ Buyers who need transparent list pricing at the Enterprise tier
Pros
- + Agent Builder lets non-technical users describe a workflow in plain language and get a working agent
- + Broad reach: 500+ actions across HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, QuickBooks, and 200+ apps via the Pipedream integration
- + Handles the specific admin trio of email, scheduling, and meeting notes well out of the box
- + Lindy Build extends the platform past assistant tasks into small internal app and dashboard generation
Cons
- – No free-forever plan, only a 7-day trial
- – Usage limits are described relatively ("3x more usage than Plus") instead of as a stated number of tasks or credits, so you can't size a plan before buying it
- – Jumping from Plus to Max is a 4x price increase for 2.5x more inboxes and usage headroom
- – Enterprise pricing isn't published, so budgeting for compliance features (SSO, HIPAA, audit logs) requires a sales call
Lindy pricing
At about $49.99/month to start, it sits at the higher end of AI Employees pricing.
| Plan | Price | Highlights |
|---|---|---|
| Plus | $49.99/seat/mo | Up to 2 inboxes · Email drafting in your voice · Meeting scheduling, note-taking, and follow-up · Chat with your agent via iMessage/SMS · 100+ integrations · Standard usage |
| Pro | $99.99/seat/mo | Up to 3 inboxes · 3x the usage of Plus · Computer use · Choose which AI model Lindy runs on · Everything in Plus |
| Max | $199.99/seat/mo | Up to 5 inboxes · 7x the usage of Plus · Everything in Pro |
| Enterprise | Custom | Shared usage pool plus bonus credits · Dedicated support and onboarding · HIPAA compliance with signed BAA · SSO and SCIM · Custom company context · Audit logs |
Prices are per-seat, monthly, no annual discount shown. Plans are gated by relative usage ("3x", "7x" more than Plus) rather than a stated task or credit count, so you can't tell your real ceiling until you're in it. Enterprise is quote-only. The pricing page also lists a $8,000/month 'human assistant' comparison point, which is marketing, not a real tier.

Lindy FAQ
Does Lindy have a free plan?+
No. Lindy offers a 7-day free trial with full access to Plus features, but there is no permanent free tier.
How much does Lindy cost?+
Plans start at $49.99/month for Plus, with Pro at $99.99/month and Max at $199.99/month, all billed monthly per seat. Enterprise pricing is custom and requires talking to sales.
What do you actually get more of as you move up plans?+
More inboxes (2, 3, then 5) and more usage, stated only as a multiple of the Plus plan (3x on Pro, 7x on Max) rather than a fixed number of tasks or credits. Pro and Max also add computer use and the ability to pick the underlying AI model.
Is Lindy just an email assistant, or can it build agents for other work?+
It started as an inbox and meeting assistant but now includes a general Agent Builder for natural-language workflows and Lindy Build for generating small internal apps, so teams use it beyond personal admin for things like lead enrichment and support triage.
