What is Fiber AI?

Fiber AI is a data API for sales, recruiting, and RevOps teams that need to find companies and people, enrich records, and reveal work emails and phone numbers. It sells access through a REST API, an MCP server, SDKs, and an installable plugin for coding agents, rather than through a CRM-style dashboard.

Instead of seats or monthly plans, Fiber charges by the credit. A credit is $0.02, and each action (a search result, an email reveal, a phone reveal, a LinkedIn refresh) burns a fixed number of credits, only on a successful match. It covers 850M+ people and 40M+ companies, plus niche endpoints like reverse email-to-LinkedIn lookup and Google Maps business search that most enrichment vendors don't offer.

Fiber leans hard into being consumed by AI agents: every API response carries a chargeInfo block so an agent (or a script) can track spend and stop before it runs up a bill, and the vendor tells integrators to get explicit confirmation before any credit-charging call.

Who it's for

  • Teams building or running an AI SDR/agent workflow that needs to call a data API directly instead of clicking through a UI
  • RevOps teams that want to pay only for verified matches instead of a flat seat price
  • Developers who need niche lookups like reverse email-to-LinkedIn or Google Maps business data alongside standard contact enrichment

Who should look elsewhere

  • Sales teams that want built-in outreach sequencing, not just search and enrichment
  • Buyers who need a fixed monthly invoice instead of variable, usage-based billing
  • Teams that want a published free tier to test before entering a card

Pros

  • + Pay only for successful matches; failed lookups are free
  • + Published, flat per-credit rate ($0.02) instead of opaque quote-only pricing
  • + Covers unusual endpoints (reverse email lookup, Google Maps business data, real-time LinkedIn refresh) most enrichment tools skip
  • + Ships as an MCP server and coding-agent plugin, so it plugs into an AI SDR or agent stack with less custom integration work

Cons

  • No seat-based or flat monthly plan, so cost is harder to forecast for teams used to a fixed line item
  • No public free tier; you need an API key and loaded credits before you can pull real data
  • Little independent, published match-rate or accuracy data beyond the vendor's own claims
  • Built API-first; the in-app dashboard covers browsing and exporting, but there's no sequencing or campaign tooling like a full sales platform has

What you pay for

You pay per credit, and credits get spent per successful match, not per seat or per month. There's no public plan list, just a flat $0.02-per-credit rate with published per-action credit costs for searches, email reveals, and phone reveals. Rates cut automatically at high volume. This is closer to how Clearbit or a data API prices than to a per-seat tool like Apollo.

You pay for what you consume rather than a per-seat fee, so cost scales with usage.

PlanPriceHighlights
Pricing is quote-only. Contact the vendor for a quote.

No dollar-priced plans. You buy credits and pay per successful match: 1 credit = $0.02, or $20 per 1,000 credits. A work or personal email reveal is 2 credits (~$0.04), a phone reveal is 3 credits (~$0.06), and a company or people search result is 1-2 credits (~$0.02-$0.04). Failed lookups aren't charged. Volume discounts kick in around 100,000+ monthly reveals, and custom rates apply past 500,000 calls a month. No published free tier or minimum spend; you get an API key and load credits to start.

Fiber AI FAQ

Does Fiber AI have a free plan?+

No. There's no published free tier. You create an account, get an API key, and load credits before you can pull data.

How much does Fiber AI cost per lead?+

Credits are $0.02 each. A work or personal email reveal costs 2 credits (about $0.04), and a phone reveal costs 3 credits (about $0.06). You're only charged on a successful match.

Do I need a developer to use Fiber AI?+

Not strictly. There's an in-app dashboard for browsing, filtering, and exporting without engineering, plus a REST API, SDKs, and an MCP server for teams that want to build on top of it. What it doesn't have is built-in outreach sequencing the way a full sales platform does.
