You pull contact and company data from more than 100 providers, run email and phone waterfalls to fill gaps, and use built-in AI agents to research accounts and draft outreach, all metered from the same credit pool.
The important thing for anyone evaluating it today: on March 30, 2026, Persana announced it is being folded into Rox, and the standalone platform is being sunset with customers migrated to Rox. The pricing page and product were still live and taking new signups when we checked, but the company itself has said this is a transition, not a long-term destination.

Persana AI charges per credit, where email lookups cost 1 credit and phone lookups cost 10, drawn from a pool sized by your plan. Every plan below Enterprise has a published price and credit count on the pricing page, so you can compare cost per lookup without booking a call. The catch is that the three middle plans only show their per-month rate if you commit to annual billing; only the cheapest paid plan is available month to month.

Credits are the currency for everything: 1 credit per email lookup, 10 credits per phone number lookup, plus company/person enrichment and AI research agent runs. Starter is the only paid plan billed monthly ($85/mo); Growth, Pro, and Unlimited show a monthly-equivalent rate but require annual billing (20% cheaper than paying monthly would cost). Enterprise is quote-only. Summary: you pay for a shared credit pool sized by plan, and the vendor discloses per-tier prices and credit counts openly on its pricing page rather than gating them behind a sales call, except at the Enterprise tier.
