Recruitee is an applicant tracking system built for building a careers site, posting jobs, and running candidates through a pipeline with your hiring team. In 2022 Recruitee joined forces with Javelo and kiwiHR under a new parent group, Tellent, with Recruitee's own founder taking the CEO seat at Tellent. The product still runs at recruitee.com under the Tellent Recruitee name.
You pick from three tiers, Start, Advance, and Optimize, each unlocking more job slots, AI screening and candidate-matching credits, and admin controls like SSO and API access. None of the prices are public. You talk to sales, and what you pay depends on your tier, your employee count, and whether you pay monthly or annually.
Every plan requires a one-year minimum commitment, even if you choose to pay monthly instead of annually up front. Tellent has also started applying scheduled price increases at renewal, with a 5% hike confirmed for contracts renewing on or after January 1, 2026.

Who it's for
- ✓ Growth-stage companies (roughly 50-1,000 employees) replacing spreadsheet-and-email hiring with a real pipeline and careers site
- ✓ Teams that want AI screening and candidate-matching built into the ATS rather than bolted on separately
- ✓ European teams that want a vendor built around GDPR from the ground up
Who should look elsewhere
- ✗ Buyers who want to see a price before booking a sales call
- ✗ Teams unwilling to commit to a one-year contract, since monthly billing still requires a 12-month term
- ✗ Companies with volatile hiring volume, since job-slot and headcount-based tiers can force an upgrade mid-surge
Pros
- + Careers site and job posting setup are fast to get running without a lot of configuration
- + AI Screening and Matching Assistants are included starting on the Advance tier rather than sold as a separate product
- + 200+ integrations listed even on the entry-level Start plan
- + Live chat support that many reviewers describe as fast and easy to reach
Cons
- – No published pricing anywhere, so every deal starts with a negotiation
- – One-year minimum commitment applies even to customers who choose monthly billing
- – Confirmed 5% price increase on renewals from January 1, 2026, on top of the general trend of annual list-price hikes
- – Start plan caps you at 5 active job postings, forcing an upgrade once hiring picks up
- – Contracts auto-renew by default unless you send written non-renewal notice 90 calendar days before the term ends (a business day's notice for monthly terms), so passive renewal is the default

Recruitee (now sold under Tellent) does not publish prices anywhere on its site. It quotes based on the tier you pick, your employee headcount, and billing period. Annual billing gets a 20% discount over monthly, but every contract has a one-year minimum commitment even if you pay monthly. Add-ons like SSO, SMS/WhatsApp hiring, onboarding workflows, and agency management are priced separately and not disclosed. Tellent also confirmed a 5% list-price increase applying to renewals on or after January 1, 2026.
