What is Revealbot?

Revealbot (now sold under the Bïrch brand) is a rule engine for paid ads. You connect your Meta, Google, TikTok, or Snapchat accounts and set rules that pause, scale, or reallocate budget based on the metrics you pick, so campaigns respond to performance without someone checking the dashboard every hour.

Beyond the rules engine, it covers bulk ad creation, an audience builder, and reporting that rolls multiple accounts into one view. Pricing is tied to how much ad spend you route through the connected accounts, not to number of users, so cost moves with the size of the accounts you manage rather than your headcount.

Who it's for

  • Teams and agencies running Meta or multi-channel campaigns who want budget and bid rules to fire automatically
  • Accounts with roughly $10K to $500K in monthly ad spend where the tiered pricing lines up with what you're already spending

Who should look elsewhere

  • Agencies juggling many small client accounts, since pricing scales with combined ad spend and can get expensive fast across a long roster of low-budget clients
  • Teams that want AI to generate the creative itself rather than optimize distribution of creative you already have

Pros

  • + Rule engine is reliable and catches budget overruns, including during Meta platform glitches
  • + Support gets consistent praise for being fast, including during the trial
  • + Covers Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat under one automation layer

Cons

  • Pricing scales with total connected ad spend, which reviewers call unfriendly for agencies managing many smaller accounts
  • Both plans add overage charges once you exceed the spend cap on monthly billing (Essential and Pro alike; only annual billing avoids this)
  • Interface has a real learning curve before the rules and reporting feel natural

Revealbot rebranded to Bïrch; pricing is now published under bir.ch. Essential and Pro both start at a $10K/month combined ad-spend cap and step up in price as connected spend grows: Pro runs $99 at $10K, $249 at $30K, $499 at $75K, $799 at $150K, $1,299 at $300K, and $1,799 at $500K; Essential runs $49 at $10K, $149 at $30K, $299 at $75K, and $499 at $150K (the highest published Essential tier). Monthly prices shown. Paying annually gets you 12 months for the price of 10, per the vendor's own pricing-page FAQ, and annual plans carry no overage charges at all. On monthly billing, overages are charged as a percentage of the overspend once you cross your tier's spend cap: roughly 0.33%-0.49% on Essential and 0.36%-0.99% on Pro, decreasing as the tier gets bigger. Enterprise is quote-only for accounts above $500K/month spend.

Revealbot FAQ

Is Revealbot pricing based on seats or ad spend?+

Ad spend. Essential and Pro both start at a $10K/month combined spend cap, and the price rises in steps as your connected spend grows, regardless of how many people on your team log in.

What happens if I go over my plan's spend limit?+

On monthly billing, you pay an overage fee (a small percentage of the overspend) once combined ad spend crosses your plan's cap. This applies to both Essential and Pro, though the percentage differs by plan and tier. Annual plans don't carry overage fees at all.

Is Revealbot the same company as Bïrch?+

Yes. Revealbot rebranded to Bïrch and now operates at bir.ch. The product, login, and support team are the same; only the name, domain, and email addresses changed.
