SysAid is IT service management software for handling tickets, incidents, and IT assets in one place. It covers the core help desk workflow: intake, routing, SLAs, and a self-service portal, plus asset discovery so you know what hardware and software you're actually running.
SysAid has pushed hard into AI over the last couple of years, bundling agentic AI features (auto-resolving tickets, AI agents for common requests) into its main Professional plan rather than selling them as a bolt-on. The tradeoff is that pricing is now agent-seat plus asset count plus automation credits, so the sticker price understates what a mid-size deployment actually costs.

Who it's for
- ✓ IT teams that want ticketing, asset management, and automation from one vendor instead of stitching tools together
- ✓ Teams willing to pay a flat per-agent rate for AI ticket resolution instead of buying AI as a separate add-on
Who should look elsewhere
- ✗ Teams under 20 agents that expect Enterprise features like sandbox environments or custom AI agents without a custom quote
- ✗ Teams that want a fully transparent, no-caps automation allowance
Pros
- + AI ticket automation is included in the Professional tier price instead of billed separately
- + Asset management and discovery are built in, not a separate module
- + No credit card required to try the full feature set
Cons
- – Real cost depends on asset count beyond the 250 included on Professional and on automation credit usage, not just agent seats, so the quoted $89/agent number understates larger deployments
- – Enterprise tier requires a minimum of 20 agents and a custom quote, with no public pricing
- – Overage pricing for Workato automation credits past the included 100K/300K allotment is not published

What you pay for
You pay per agent seat per month, with a set number of included managed assets and automation credits, and the number of assets and automation usage beyond those allotments also affecting the real bill. The Professional tier price is public at $89/agent/month; anything past 20 agents or requiring sandbox environments and custom AI agents needs a custom Enterprise quote that SysAid does not publish.
At about $89/month to start, it sits at the higher end of ITSM & Internal Help Desk pricing.
| Plan | Price | Highlights |
|---|---|---|
| Professional | $89/seat/mo | Unlimited AI agent use with no usage caps · Ticketing, workflow automation, asset management · 250 managed assets included · 100K Workato automation credits included |
| Enterprise | Custom | Minimum 20 agents · Sandbox environment · Custom-built AI agents · 300K Workato automation credits included · Priority (P1) support |
Professional is $89 per agent per month, billed monthly, per SysAid's own pricing page, and includes 250 managed assets. Enterprise requires a custom quote and a minimum of 20 agents. Actual cost also depends on the number of assets managed beyond that included allotment (workstations, servers, mobile devices), not just agent seats, and on how much you use beyond the included Workato automation credits, which SysAid does not price publicly for overages.
