What is Crelate?

Crelate is a recruiting CRM and applicant tracking system built for staffing agencies, executive search firms, and in-house corporate recruiting teams. It combines candidate sourcing, a searchable contact database, job and client portals, and placement tracking in one system, so agencies don't run a separate sourcing tool alongside their ATS.

The base plans cover parsing, sourcing, and portals. Automation and sequencing, the pieces that let a desk run outreach at volume without manually clicking through each step, sit behind the higher, quote-only Business Plus tier.

Who it's for

  • Staffing and search agencies that want sourcing, CRM, and ATS in one system instead of stitching tools together
  • Firms running client and candidate portals who need those baked into the platform

Who should look elsewhere

  • Small desks that need automated outreach sequences but can't justify the custom-priced Business Plus tier
  • Agencies whose recruiters lean hard on the LinkedIn Chrome extension for sourcing

Pros

  • + Combines ATS, CRM, sourcing, and portals in one platform instead of separate tools
  • + Essentials and Business tiers have published per-seat prices, so small agencies can budget without a sales call
  • + Free trial requires no credit card

Cons

  • Automation and sequencing, a core desk-running feature, is locked behind the custom-priced Business Plus tier
  • Business Plus and Enterprise pricing is quote-only, so agencies can't compare true cost until they talk to sales
  • Reviewers on Software Advice report the Chrome extension fails to parse fields like city from LinkedIn PDFs, and text sequences must be triggered manually rather than run end to end

What you pay for

You pay per recruiter seat, and the price jumps a lot between tiers: automation, sequences, and the full API only show up once you move to the quote-only Business Plus plan. The two entry tiers ($85 and $119 a seat) are published; anything past that, plus data sync and onboarding, is negotiated directly with Crelate.

At about $85/month to start, it is one of the cheaper options in Staffing & Recruiting CRM.

PlanPriceHighlights
Essentials$85/seat/moBilled annually, up to 2 users and 20,000 contacts · ATS, recruiting CRM, job portal, resume parsing, sourcing · Self-service and AI support, unlimited jobs and companies

Business PlusCustomBilled annually, Crelate's most popular plan · Adds advanced AI assistant, premium client portals, more storage · Business development workflows, automation and sequences, full API
Platform (Enterprise)CustomInsight and data quality agents, MCP and webhooks, priority support · Enterprise add-ons: higher API limits, advanced auditing, IP filters, ISO/SOC 2

Essentials and Business Plus are billed annually only; Business can be billed monthly or annually. Business Plus and the Platform/Enterprise tier are quote-only, priced per user or by site license. Data sync is priced on volume, and onboarding/compliance add-ons are priced per hire. A free trial is offered with no credit card required, but Crelate does not publish a trial length.
