What is Recruit CRM?

Recruit CRM is an applicant tracking system and CRM built specifically for recruitment and executive search agencies, not in-house talent teams. It combines candidate sourcing, resume parsing, client and deal pipelines, email and phone communication, and job board posting in one system.

The product has leaned hard into AI over the past couple of years: a Chrome sourcing extension, GPT integration for writing and candidate engagement, AI resume parsing, and AI candidate matching are now part of the base Pro plan. It has also shipped an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server so agencies can connect their Recruit CRM data to Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI clients directly.

Higher plans add the parts agencies use to run a business on top of the ATS: automated outreach sequencing, bulk texting, executive search report generation, custom roles, SSO, and audit logs. The Enterprise plan bundles workflow automation, advanced analytics, LinkedIn messaging, and job multiposting into one price; on Pro and Business those same features are metered add-ons.

Who it's for

  • Recruitment and executive search agencies that want an ATS with modern AI sourcing and resume parsing built in, not bolted on
  • Teams that want to see real per-seat pricing on the vendor site instead of booking a demo just to learn the cost
  • Agencies that plan to grow into automation, custom roles, and SSO without switching platforms

Who should look elsewhere

  • In-house corporate talent acquisition teams hiring only for their own company
  • Small agencies on a tight budget who want the workflow automation, analytics, and LinkedIn messaging without paying Enterprise rates or metered add-on fees
  • Agencies that need invoicing and contractor timesheets bundled in at the same price, since that runs as a separate product line

Pros

  • + Vendor publishes actual per-seat prices for all three plans instead of forcing a sales call
  • + AI resume parsing, GPT integration, and AI sourcing are included starting on the entry Pro plan
  • + Recruit CRM MCP server lets agencies query their own candidate and job data from Claude or ChatGPT directly
  • + Custom field limits, candidate match limits, and email sequence caps scale clearly across the three plans, so it's easy to see what upgrading buys you

Cons

  • Pro plan caps you at 1 email sequence and 2 AI candidate matches, both of which most agencies will outgrow fast
  • Workflow automation, advanced analytics, LinkedIn messaging, data enrichment, and extra job board credits are all separate paid add-ons unless you're on Enterprise
  • Jump from Business to Enterprise is $80 more per seat per month, and Enterprise pricing itself is not negotiable or shown as custom, so a growing team hits a hard price wall
  • No free-forever plan, only a trial with unspecified usage limits

Prices are the per-user, per-month figures shown live on the vendor pricing page today: Pro $95, Business $135, Enterprise $215. The page has a Billed monthly / Billed annually toggle, but toggling it did not change these headline plan prices in our check, only the price shown for standalone add-ons (which are billed at a discount when paid yearly). Extra job board posting credits, workflow automation tasks, data enrichment credits, LinkedIn messaging, and advanced analytics are sold as separate add-ons to Pro and Business plans and are included only in Enterprise. There is no free-forever plan, only a free trial with unspecified usage limits.
