SeekOut is a sourcing platform built around a database of more than 1 billion candidate profiles, with search filters tuned for finding people who aren't actively job hunting, including technical skill inference, security clearance, veteran status, and diversity attributes. You search, save people to talent pools, pull verified contact info, and send multi-step outreach campaigns from inside the tool.
The self-serve Recruit Core plan, launched in 2026, is aimed at solo recruiters and small teams who want the sourcing engine without going through a sales cycle. Everything above that (ATS rediscovery, market intelligence, full-funnel screening with its Sam AI evaluator) is sold as a custom quote to sourcing and TA teams. SeekOut also runs SeekOut Spot, a separate paid service where its own recruiters or AI agents source and manage a role for you instead of you working the tool yourself.

Who it's for
- ✓ Solo recruiters or small in-house teams who want self-serve pricing without a sales call
- ✓ TA teams that need to search a huge passive-candidate database with detailed skill and diversity filters
- ✓ Teams that want ATS rediscovery to resurface past applicants alongside new sourcing
Who should look elsewhere
- ✗ Teams that need unlimited contact reveals without tracking a monthly credit count
- ✗ Buyers who want to see the full price of every tier before talking to sales
Pros
- + 1B+ profile index with filters most competitors don't have, like security clearance and inferred skills
- + Recruit Core gives individuals and small teams a real price and self-checkout instead of a forced sales call
- + AI Assistant now works through SeekOut's own MCP server inside Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, not just the SeekOut app
- + ATS rediscovery on the higher tiers surfaces past applicants your ATS search would miss
Cons
- – Recruit Core caps you at 3 seats, 500 contact credits, and 1,000 exports a month, so growing teams outgrow it fast
- – Every tier past Core is quote-only, so you can't compare real prices without a sales conversation
- – Contact and export limits are usage caps on top of the seat price, not unlimited use
SeekOut pricing
At about $149/month to start, it sits at the higher end of Talent Sourcing pricing.
| Plan | Price | Highlights |
|---|---|---|
| Recruit Core | $149/seat/mo | $179/mo if billed monthly instead of annually · 3 seats included · 500 verified contact credits a month · 1,000 exports a month · Full 1B+ profile search, AI multi-step outreach campaigns |
| Recruit - Sourcing | Custom | Per-seat annual billing, price scales with seat count · 750 contact credits per seat a month · 5,000 exports per seat a month · Custom power filters, SSO, dedicated customer success |
| Recruit - Sourcing + Integration | Custom | ATS rediscovery and unified search across your ATS and SeekOut · Recruiter benchmarks and messaging analytics · Dedicated integration support |
| Recruit - Full Recruiting Funnel | Custom | Sourcing, ATS, and inbound applicant evaluation in one platform · Agentic AI workflows and benchmark dashboards · White-glove implementation |
Only Recruit Core has a published price: $149/seat/month billed annually ($1,788 upfront) or $179/month with no annual commitment, capped at 3 seats, 500 contact credits, and 1,000 exports a month. Every tier above Core is quote-only and scales per seat, so what you pay depends on seat count and the contact/export volume you negotiate. SeekOut also sells SeekOut Spot, a done-for-you sourcing or recruiting service billed per role, per contractor, or on outcomes, priced separately from the software.

SeekOut FAQ
Is there a free version of SeekOut?+
No. SeekOut offers a 14-day free trial of Recruit Core with no credit card required, but there is no permanent free plan.
How much does SeekOut cost?+
Recruit Core is $149 a seat per month billed annually, or $179 a month with no annual commitment, for up to 3 seats, 500 contact credits, and 1,000 exports a month. Every tier above that is custom priced per seat, so you need to talk to sales for a real number.
What happens if I use up my contact credits or exports?+
Recruit Core includes 500 verified contact credits and 1,000 exports a month; higher tiers scale these per seat (750 contacts, 5,000 exports). SeekOut's pricing page doesn't publish overage pricing, so you'd need to ask sales what happens past the cap.
