Fetcher is a sourcing platform built to fill your top of funnel: you open a position, tell it what you're looking for, and it searches a database of 500M+ profiles to build a candidate list with verified contact info attached. From there you can send AI-drafted outreach emails, track responses in a shared inbox, and keep working the same list as replies come in.
What separates the plans is how much of the sourcing work Fetcher's own team does for you versus how much you do yourself. Self-serve and Growth are do-it-yourself: you run the searches and outreach, Fetcher gives you the tools. Amplify adds a dedicated human sourcer who works a handful of your open roles directly, on top of the same AI search and outreach engine.
Fetcher also ships a Chrome extension that layers its search and candidate scoring on top of LinkedIn itself, so you can check whether a profile you're already looking at matches your open search criteria without switching tabs.

Who it's for
- ✓ Solo recruiters or small in-house teams who want a real self-serve price to start sourcing candidates with verified contact info right away
- ✓ Talent teams who want some roles handled by their own team and a few high-priority roles handed to a dedicated Fetcher sourcer (Amplify plan)
- ✓ Recruiters who source heavily inside LinkedIn and want a tool that scores profiles against their criteria without leaving the browser tab
Who should look elsewhere
- ✗ Agencies or high-volume teams needing more than 3 seats or 10,000+ leads a year without going to Enterprise and negotiating a quote
- ✗ Teams that want a lot of workflow customization out of the box, third-party sourcing tool roundups flag Fetcher as less configurable for smaller teams than some competitors
Pros
- + Publishes real starting prices for three of its four plans, so you can see a number before talking to sales
- + Amplify plan includes a dedicated human sourcer for a handful of roles, not just AI search, which is unusual at this price point
- + Chrome extension now works directly on LinkedIn profiles and generates Boolean and Google X-ray search strings from your existing criteria, available to every customer on every plan
- + Reviewers on G2 highlight quick, responsive customer support that resolves issues effectively
Cons
- – Monthly billing costs about 30% more than annual, so the advertised prices assume you commit to a year
- – Reviewers report the AI sourcing engine sometimes surfaces candidates who don't fully match the job requirements, such as missing a stated education or credential requirement
- – Third-party sourcing tool roundups flag Fetcher's customization options as limited for smaller teams compared with other AI sourcing platforms
- – Self-serve's 300 leads/month cap is tight if you're sourcing for more than one open role at a time

Is Fetcher still actively developed?
Last significant update: March 2026. Fetcher rebuilt its Chrome extension so it works directly inside LinkedIn: it scores any LinkedIn profile against your active Fetcher search criteria in one click, and it can generate ready-to-paste Boolean strings and Google X-ray search strings from that same criteria. It ships to every customer on every plan, no upgrade needed.
