Snitcher watches your website traffic and matches anonymous visitors to the company behind them, using IP and behavioral data rather than a login or form fill. It builds a feed of the companies on your site, what pages they viewed, and how often they've come back, then pushes that into your CRM, Slack, or ad platforms so reps and marketers can follow up.
Company identification is the core product and it's included at every price tier. Getting a named contact (an actual person's email or phone number) at one of those companies is a separate, metered add-on called reveal credits, which is where a lot of the real cost sits for teams that want to act on individual leads rather than just accounts.

Who it's for
- ✓ B2B teams that want company-level visitor identification without paying per seat
- ✓ Marketing and sales teams already set up to route company signals into a CRM or Slack
Who should look elsewhere
- ✗ Teams that need named contacts (person-level email and phone) out of the box without buying separate credits
- ✗ High-traffic sites expecting truly unlimited identification with no volume tier increases
Pros
- + No per-seat fees, unlimited team members on every plan
- + Entry tier is cheap relative to most visitor ID tools
- + Support is repeatedly called out in reviews as fast and hands-on
- + 14-day trial with full features and no credit card required
Cons
- – Jumps between tiers can be steep, so a team that outgrows one bracket by a handful of companies can face a big price step to the next
- – Contact reveal credits are billed separately from the base plan and can add $50-$350+/month on top
- – Company-only identification means individual contact data isn't included by default
- – Several reviewers flag weak filtering and no bulk-delete for irrelevant leads, which lets quota get eaten by noise

Plans scale by the number of unique companies identified per month, not by seats. Prices above are billed monthly; paying annually cuts each tier by roughly 30% (the entry tier drops to about $34/month). Every plan includes unlimited team members and all integrations. Contact reveal credits for named-person email and phone data are a separate metered add-on: 1 credit per email reveal, 5 credits per phone reveal, with 100 free email reveals included each month per the Snitcher help center. Extra credit packages run $50/month for 500 credits up to $350/month for 5,000 credits (roughly 30% less if billed annually), so real spend on named contacts often runs well above the listed tier price. Snitcher FAQ
Is Snitcher free?+
No. There's a 14-day free trial with full features and no credit card required, but there's no free-forever plan. Paid plans start at $49/month for up to 50 identified companies.
Does Snitcher charge per seat?+
No. Every plan includes unlimited team members. Pricing scales by how many unique companies you identify each month, not by how many people use the tool.
Can Snitcher find a named person's email or phone number?+
Yes, but it's a separate metered feature called reveal credits, not part of the base identification price. Each plan comes with 100 free email reveals a month, and phone reveals cost more credits than email.
