Air is a digital asset management and creative operations platform for storing, organizing, reviewing, and generating brand assets like images and video. Teams use it as a shared library with version history, plus review and approval tools for getting feedback from clients or stakeholders on specific frames or time ranges in a video.
Air has added a growing AI layer on top of that library: image and video generation models, a Canvas editor for retouching and resizing assets, and automatic tagging and enrichment of uploaded files. Pricing is built around a shared credit pool across all of this rather than around how many people are on the team, so cost scales with how much storage and AI generation you use, not with headcount.

Who it's for
- ✓ Marketing and creative teams that need a shared asset library with client-facing review links
- ✓ Teams that want unlimited seats without per-user pricing
- ✓ Teams that plan to use AI image or video generation as part of their asset workflow
Who should look elsewhere
- ✗ Enterprises that need published enterprise pricing upfront rather than a sales conversation
- ✗ Teams with heavy storage or generation needs that would rather pay a flat unlimited fee than manage a credit budget
Pros
- + No per-seat charges, so adding reviewers, clients, or contributors doesn't raise the bill
- + Free plan works indefinitely with no credit card and includes real storage and AI credits
- + Business plan includes CDN delivery, public API, and MCP server access for building on top of the platform
- + Frequent product updates, including recent AI video and image tooling
Cons
- – Credit-based pricing is harder to predict than flat per-seat pricing, especially for teams that generate a lot of AI images or video
- – Business plan jumps to $1,100/month, a large step up from Starter's $25/month
- – Enterprise pricing isn't published, so buyers can't compare it without contacting sales
- – Running out of monthly credits means buying add-on packs rather than a simple plan bump

What you pay for
Air charges by credits, not by seat. Every plan, including the free one, has unlimited users, and what you pay for is a monthly credit pool that covers storage, AI-generated images and video, and AI enrichment. Starter starts at $25/month and Business at $1,100/month, both billed cheaper annually. If you outgrow the included credits, you buy add-on credit packs rather than upgrading seats. Enterprise pricing is not published and requires contacting sales.
At about $25/month to start, it is one of the cheaper options in Digital Asset Management.
| Plan | Price | Highlights |
|---|---|---|
| Free | Free | 120 credits per month, about 20GB of enriched storage or 24 AI-generated images · Unlimited users · No credit card required |
| Starter | $25/mo | $250/year or $25/month · 600 credits per month · Unlimited workspace and board users · Share and review assets with clients · Passcode-protected links with expiration dates |
| Business | $1100/mo | $10,800/year or $1,100/month · 30,000 credits per month · Advanced sharing permissions and comment-only collaborators · Fast CDN asset delivery, public API, MCP server access · 90-day deletion recovery |
| Enterprise | Custom | 60,000 credits per month · SAML SSO · Dedicated onboarding and customer success · 180-day deletion recovery · Custom roles, reporting, and compliance |
Air does not charge per seat. Every plan, including Free, allows unlimited workspace users. Instead you pay for a monthly credit allowance that covers storage, AI image/video generation, and AI enrichment. Starter and Business admins can buy extra recurring credit packs (Starter: $35/month per 1,000 credits; Business: $30/month per 1,000 credits). Enterprise pricing is quote-only.
