Fillout is a form and survey builder for collecting responses, running intake and application flows, and hooking those responses into other tools like Airtable, Google Sheets, Salesforce, and HubSpot. It covers the usual form-builder ground: multi-page forms, conditional logic, file uploads, payments, e-signatures, and PDF generation from submitted data.
Fillout's parent company renamed itself Zite in March 2026. Fillout continues to run as its own product and its own pricing page, but its help center and changelog now live under the Zite domain alongside updates for Zite's separate app-building product.
The pitch is that one plan covers unlimited team seats, so cost scales with how many responses you collect rather than how many people on your team can log in and build forms.

Seats are unlimited on every plan; you pay for response volume, not per user. Prices above are the annual rate billed once a year and shown as a monthly equivalent ($180/$480/$900 per year).
