Joblogic is field service management software built for UK service contractors: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, facilities management, and pest control. It runs job scheduling, engineer routing, mobile job sheets, asset and compliance tracking, quoting, and invoicing in one system.
The company has been building this software since 1998 and now serves over 7,000 UK contractors. Standard covers the core of running jobs and billing customers. Premium and Enterprise add compliance, stock, purchase orders, and a customer portal for larger operations with more moving parts.

Who it's for
- ✓ UK service contractors that want job scheduling, quoting, and invoicing in one system
- ✓ Businesses that need PPM contract management and compliance tracking as they grow into Premium or Enterprise
- ✓ Teams already running Stripe that want payments tied into job costing
Who should look elsewhere
- ✗ Businesses outside the UK looking for local billing, tax, or support
- ✗ Small teams that want to avoid a multi-year contract
- ✗ Anyone who needs firm pricing on advanced features up front, since Premium and Enterprise require a sales call
Pros
- + Standard plan pricing is public, so you can budget before talking to sales
- + Covers the full job lifecycle: scheduling, mobile engineer app, quoting, invoicing, and PPM contracts
- + 25+ years focused on UK trades, with 7,000+ contractors already on it
- + Stripe integration built into job costing and invoicing
Cons
- – Premium and Enterprise pricing is quote-only, so you can't compare true cost without a sales conversation
- – At least one reviewer reports a standard-sounding feature, automated email reminders, sitting behind a paid Marketplace add-on that wasn't disclosed at sign-up
- – Many customers are steered toward 24- or 36-month contracts
- – A reviewer says custom reporting is limited enough that they export to Excel to get the numbers they actually need
- – Multiple reviewers describe a slow, laggy mobile app, including uploads that struggle on weak signal
Joblogic pricing
What you pay for
You pay per user per month for the Standard plan, which is the only tier with a published price. Premium and Enterprise, which add PPM contracts, route scheduling, stock management, and a customer portal, are both quote-only and priced around your team size and the modules you pick. There's no free plan, just a free trial on Standard.
At about $45/month to start, it sits at the higher end of Field Service Management pricing.
| Plan | Price | Highlights |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | $45/seat/mo | Customer and site management · Job management and costing · Quotes and invoices · Mobile engineer app · Job planner · Stripe integration · Recurring jobs · Standard reports and dashboards |
| Premium | Custom | Everything in Standard · PPM contracts · Purchase orders and invoicing · Route scheduling · Engineer tracking · Timesheets · Audits |
| Enterprise | Custom | Everything in Premium · Advanced reports and dashboards · Compliance tracking · Customer portal · Stock management · Group invoicing · Custom form builder · PO approvals and limits |
Standard starts at £45 per user/month billed annually (a 5-user team runs about £225/month). Premium and Enterprise are quote-only, priced to team size and modules. Per-user pricing scales up to 50 users; above that you need a custom commercial agreement. Onboarding fees apply on some larger setups with integrations. Many customers are put on 24- or 36-month contracts, though Joblogic says it will do 12 months if that suits better.

Is Joblogic still actively developed?
Last significant update: February 2026. Reworked how job and quote priorities are calculated, so contract-level work type/job type/category priority now wins first, then contract fault code priority, then the contract's own priority, falling back to the site/customer default. Also shipped 12 bug fixes covering invoice formatting, SMS tags, stock returns, and contract purchase orders.

Is there a free version of Joblogic?+
No. There's a free trial on the Standard plan with no card required, but no forever-free tier.
How much does Joblogic cost?+
Standard starts at £45 per user per month, billed annually. Premium and Enterprise are quote-only and priced around your team size and the modules you need.

Some features that sound standard, like automated email reminders, are sold separately through Joblogic's Marketplace. At least one reviewer reported this wasn't made clear during onboarding, so confirm what's included before you sign.
