RocketReach is a contact database and outreach tool. You search by name, company, or title and it returns personal and work emails, direct and mobile phone numbers, and social profiles, pulled from a database the company says covers over 700 million professionals.
Beyond lookups, it has grown into a lightweight sales engagement layer: Autopilot jobs that keep lists updated automatically, multi-step email Sequences, and intent and job-change signals you can use to time outreach. Pricing is split so that phone numbers, integrations, and intent data are locked behind the higher Pro and Ultimate tiers rather than included at the entry price.

Who it's for
- ✓ Individual reps, recruiters, or small teams who mainly need to find verified emails and direct-dial phone numbers
- ✓ Teams that want a Chrome extension for quick lookups while browsing LinkedIn or a company site
- ✓ Buyers who want job-change and hiring signals bundled with contact data instead of a separate tool
Who should look elsewhere
- ✗ Teams that need phone numbers and integrations at the entry price point, since those sit behind the Pro and Ultimate tiers
- ✗ Companies that want one flat monthly bill with no annual lock-in, since better per-lookup rates require annual billing
- ✗ Orgs needing enterprise-grade admin controls and pooled credits without going through a custom sales conversation
Pros
- + Large database with both email and direct-dial phone coverage
- + Autopilot and Sequences let you turn a saved search into ongoing, semi-automated outreach
- + Browser extension works directly on LinkedIn and company websites for one-click lookups
- + Intent and job-change filters are included rather than sold as a separate add-on
Cons
- – Phone numbers are not available on the entry-level Essentials plan
- – Pricing page renders with client-side JavaScript and appeared to show different currencies to different visitors, which makes it hard to get a stable quote without logging in
- – Export and lookup caps still apply even on paid plans, so heavy users can hit limits
- – Team and Enterprise pricing requires talking to sales rather than a self-serve checkout
RocketReach pricing
At about $33/month to start, it is one of the cheaper options in Sales Intelligence & Data.
| Plan | Price | Highlights |
|---|---|---|
| Free | Free | 5 free lookups, no credit card required · Email-only, one seat |
| Essentials | $33/seat/mo | Email only, no phone numbers · 1,200 exports per year · 500 emails/day send limit |
| Pro | $75/seat/mo | Email and mobile/direct phone numbers · 3,600 exports per year · 10 active Autopilot jobs · Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesloft, Bullhorn integrations |
| Ultimate | $142/seat/mo | 20,000 exports per year · 25 active Autopilot jobs · Salesforce custom field mapping · Intent data and healthcare data |
| Custom Team | Custom | Pooled credits across seats · Dedicated account manager · Higher API limits · Starts around $6,000/year for teams |
Essentials, Pro, and Ultimate are shown as monthly per-seat rates ($33, $75, $142) billed annually, which come out to $399, $899, and $1,699 per year respectively. RocketReach's pricing page is a JavaScript app that renders prices client-side and localizes currency by visitor location (a non-US visit returned Indian rupee pricing during verification), so a US-based fetch was used to confirm these dollar figures. Custom Team and Enterprise plans start around $6,000 a year per the vendor's own page; no seat minimum is published, so none is stated here.
