What is Trellus?

Trellus is a parallel dialer and live call-coaching layer that sits on top of the sales engagement platform you already use, like Salesloft, Outreach, or HubSpot. It dials multiple lines at once, connects you to whoever picks up, and streams real-time prompts during the call to help with objections and next steps.

It doesn't replace your SEP or CRM. Its integrations page lists more than 30 dialers and sales platforms, including Salesloft, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, and Orum, and says it will build a new integration free within about two days if yours isn't already supported. On top of that it adds dialing throughput and AI coaching, plus a LinkedIn inbox tool and AI voice bots for call practice and inbound handling.

Who it's for

  • SDR teams already running Salesloft, Outreach, or HubSpot who want more dials per hour without switching platforms
  • Reps who want live, in-call coaching prompts rather than post-call scorecards
  • Managers who want to buy a self-serve seat or two before committing a whole team

Who should look elsewhere

  • Teams that want guaranteed responsive support for a smaller or less common outreach tool, since a Product Hunt reviewer says the company deprioritizes non-enterprise integration requests despite the site's free-build promise
  • Teams that want one tool to also handle email sequencing, meeting scheduling, or multi-channel orchestration
  • Anyone who needs a published enterprise price before talking to sales

Pros

  • + Publishes real self-serve prices for its Power and Parallel tiers instead of gating everything behind a demo
  • + Parallel dialing plus live AI coaching in one tool, so reps aren't tabbing between a dialer and a separate coaching app
  • + New Lemlist integration ties call timing to actual prospect engagement signals rather than a static list

Cons

  • Markets a long integrations list (30+ platforms, plus a free-build promise for anything missing), but a Product Hunt reviewer says the company deprioritizes non-enterprise integration requests in practice
  • No email sequencing, multi-channel orchestration, or meeting scheduling, so it's an add-on to your stack, not a replacement
  • No free plan or published trial length, and the pricing page shows the same discounted annual rate on two different tiers, which reads as an unresolved page issue

What you pay for

Trellus sells three seat-based plans through its own site: Power and Parallel are self-serve at listed monthly prices, and Business is quote-only for teams. You're paying per rep per month for dialing capacity (single-line vs. multi-line), extra phone numbers, and how much AI coaching and reporting you get. Pricing is disclosed for the two individual tiers, unlike most dialer competitors that hide everything behind a sales call.

At about $34.99/month to start, it sits mid-pack on price in Sales Dialers & Phone Automation.

PlanPriceHighlights
Power$99.99/seat/moPower dialing across supported SEPs plus Google Sheets/Clay · Voicemail drop · 5 extra phone numbers with spam remediation · LinkedIn inbox tool ("Superhuman for LinkedIn")
Parallel$149.99/seat/moEverything in Power · Multi-line (parallel) dialing · Unlimited AI practice calls · 8 extra phone numbers with spam remediation
BusinessCustomEverything in Parallel · Custom AI research and real-time coaching · Team-level analytics and conversation intelligence · Custom reporting and AI modeling

Power lists at $99.99/seat/month billed monthly, dropping to $34.99/seat/month if billed annually. Parallel lists at $149.99/seat/month billed monthly, and the site's annual toggle also shows $34.99/seat/month for Parallel, the same number as Power's annual price, which looks like a pricing-page display quirk rather than two tiers actually converging on one price. Business is quote-only, reached through a "Let's Chat" contact form. No free plan and no stated free trial length are shown on the pricing or FAQ pages. Trellus's own terms of service set a 12-month initial term that auto-renews for further 12-month periods, require 30 days' written notice before a renewal date to stop the auto-renewal, and state that orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Is Trellus still actively developed?

Last significant update: February 2026. Trellus launched an integration with Lemlist that uses email and LinkedIn engagement signals (opens, replies) to trigger calls automatically through Trellus's parallel dialer, instead of reps working a static call list.
