What is Fiix?

Fiix is a cloud-based CMMS for tracking work orders, preventive maintenance, assets, and parts inventory. Rockwell Automation bought the company in 2020 and now sells it as part of its industrial software lineup.

The free plan gets you real functionality (work orders, mobile app, basic PM scheduling) but caps you on users and active PM tasks. Paid plans add reporting, multi-site management, purchasing, and an AI layer called Fiix Foresight. Enterprise adds custom workflows, e-signatures, and audit trails, but single sign-on, the Integration Hub, and custom API integrations are billed separately on top of the custom Enterprise price.

Prices are listed per user per month for Basic ($45) and Professional ($75).
