Motion is a calendar and task app that uses AI to auto-schedule your work around your meetings. You give it tasks with deadlines and priorities, and it slots them into open blocks on your calendar, moving things around automatically when new meetings come in or a task runs long.
It has grown past scheduling into a broader work suite: docs, project boards, team dashboards, time tracking, and an AI meeting notetaker. The core habit is still the same though. You tell Motion what you need to get done, and it manages the calendar for you instead of you dragging blocks around by hand.
Pricing runs per seat with an AI credit allowance baked into each tier, so heavy AI users can end up paying more than the base seat price. Team plans are also priced lower per seat than the solo Individuals plans.

Billed monthly, Team pricing is actually $29/seat/month for Pro AI and $49/seat/month for Business AI; paying annually brings that down to $19 and $29. Solo users on the Individuals tab pay more per seat than teams: $49/month for Pro AI and $69/month for Business AI billed monthly, or $29 and $39 billed annually. Each plan comes with a monthly AI credit allowance, and once you burn through it you pay per additional credit.
