Fireflies is an AI notetaker that joins your Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams calls, records and transcribes them, and generates summaries and action items afterward. It also works over uploaded audio and video files and can push meeting data into a CRM.
The free plan covers unlimited transcription and basic summaries for small teams, but sentiment analysis, AI Skills, Voice Agents, and other advanced AI tools sit behind a one-time credit grant on every plan (20 credits on Pro, 30 on Business, 50 on Enterprise) that does not refill each month. Once a team burns through its credits, those features pause unless it buys more, so a heavy user's real bill can run well above the seat price.
